Yogasanas

"If you consciously hold an asana, it can alter the way you think, feel, and experience life. This is what Hatha Yoga can do."- Sadhguru

The biggest barrier for a human being to do anything is their body and mind. What should have been a stepping stone has turned into an obstacle simply because we have not explored it considerably. The process of transforming the body- the fundamental information that makes it go from certain compulsive patterns to a conscious mode is what Yogasanas is about.

Yogasanas are a way of aligning the inner system and adjusting it to the celestial geometry, thereby becoming in sync with existence and naturally achieving a chemistry of health, joy, bliss and above all balance.

Surya Shakti

If you keep Surya Shakti up, you will not only be physically fit but in a different energy state altogether.

In yoga, we believe that true strength lies not in bulging muscles, but in the resilience of our sinews and ligaments, which form the foundation of our entire body.

So any yogic practice which is physical in nature is mainly aimed to strengthen those and not only to build muscles because that is what will endure for a long time and keep you well.

Bhuta Shuddhi

"Bhuta Shuddhi is about removing everything that you have built up so that the Creator’s creation will rise and shine within you."- Sadhguru

Bhuta means “Panch Bhuta” or the five elements - earth, water, wind, fire, and space and Shuddhi means purification of the elements.

The most fundamental practice in the yogic system which is the basis of all the yogic practices that we do is called Bhuta Shuddhi.

Every yogic practice is essentially drawn from this fundamental process. If you do asanas, in one way you’re doing Bhuta Shuddhi.

Nada Yoga

There is a whole science about sound and the body, about what happens to the system by uttering and being under the influence of different sounds.

It uses the power of sound to activate a particular kind of energy in different parts of the body, bringing a lasting sense of inner pleasantness.

This science of benefiting from certain sounds is a powerful possibility. It is a system of experiencing how a sound can make you feel blissful, balanced and centered with your inner self.
